Studio requirements during Covid-19

To ensure our space remains the safe, comfortable, healthy and fully immersive environment that it is, and to protect the health and safety of our students and teachers, we have made some changes and politely ask all students to adhere to the requirements below when visiting the studio:

Essential

Please:

  • Book your class in advance via our website elementsyogastudio.co.uk or the MINDBODY App and ensure you have a space
  • Bring your own yoga mat (we have yoga mats for sale!)
  • Wear a mask when you are in the reception/waiting area/corridor
  • Do not come if you are suffering with any COVID-19 related symptoms such as high temperature, a new, continuous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Upon Arrival:

  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the class start-time
  • Be mindful that we can only allow one student into reception at a time, so you may have to wait outside whilst the person before you signs-in
  • Let the teacher know your name at reception so we can sign you in
  • Clean your hands with the sanitiser provided at the front desk or wash your hands
  • Bring minimal belongings, leave them on the coat hooks/in the pigeon holes provided and promptly head straight into the studio
  • Roll your mat onto one of the allocated spaces and BREATHE!

Once Finished:

  • We will ask one side of the room to leave first
  • Leave promptly when asked to allow enough time for the teacher to adequately clean and prepare for the next class
  • Leave any props/equipment you have used in the container provided

Advised

  • Bring your own equipment such as blocks, bricks, straps, eye pillows (we have them all for sale!)
  • Bring your own water bottle (we have beautiful new branded water bottles for sale!)
  • Bring your own blankets
  • Turn up in your yoga gear

Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our students and teachers

  • Sanitize/wash hands upon arrival
  • Halving capacity (max 8 students per class)
