Bikram Hot Yoga , twice a month, every month!
The original Bikram Hot Yoga series of 26 postures and 2 breathing excercises comprises of both standing and floor series. This is normally 90 minutes, but we will be delivering a 60 minute version of this.
The shorter time will mean that the class will be more intense as recovery time is short. The external temperature and the rise in internal body temperature allows the body to be more open to deeper stretching – and you will sweat! As with any other class we remind you to listen to your body!
Please bring with you:-
1) Your own mat
2) A towel to place on your mat
4) A sense of humour
This class is suitable for those with a good level of fitness and not for beginners!
