How do I buy a Dedicated Yogi Membership ?

Navigate to click buy now. You can also buy in the contracts section of the Mindbody app.

What day of the month will my payments be taken ?

Your autopay will be on or as close as possible to the day when you started purchase the membership – so if you signed up on the 3rd August your monthly autopay would come out on the 3rd of every month.

How do I buy an add-on class at my discounted rate ?

if you use all your included monthly classes and want an add-on just purchase the standard drop-in, your members discount will automatically be applied.

When do I get my guest passes ?

We will email you a guest pass voucher code that can be redeemed by your guest on our website (your guests will need to register to sign the waiver)

How do I get discounts to workshops ?

We’ll send you a discount code every month for you to use on and monthly workshops that aren’t charged at the standard class rate.

How do I upgrade / downgrade  my membership ?

Cancel your membership and sign up to the new membership at least 5 days before the end of your next payment date.

How do I cancel my membership ?

You can cancel by texting or calling  us on 07444 439880 or email us at [email protected] . Please remember that any unused guest vouchers or add-in classes will expire at the end of your contract.

Do late class cancellation charges apply ?

Yes – All cancellations must be in line with our cancellation policy – this can be found on our website

Terms and conditions:

·       Any unused included classes do not roll over to the next month.

·       Free guest passes are only available to members with continuous membership

·       Free guest passes may not be given to existing members

·       Classes and add-ons are must be used by the member and are not transferable

·       Any unused guest passes or add-on class passes expire at the end of your contract

·       All contracts can be purchased online or through the Mindbody app.

·       Easy cancellation – Just call, email or text us 5 working days before next autopay date.

·       Memberships and add-on classes may not be shared or transferred. Standard cancellation policy applies.
